Job: Assistant Professor (Tenure Track) in Judicial Politics, State Louisiana University (DL: 30.09)

The Department of Political Science at Louisiana State University invites applications for an Assistant Professor position in judicial politics/public law, beginning in the fall of 2014. Pending final approval, the position will be full-time, tenure-track, with a 2-2 teaching load. An active and rigorous research agenda is critical, as well as a commitment to teaching at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Applicants should have a Ph. D. in Political Science or a related field. Candidates who are close to completion of Ph.D. and will finish by the time of the appointment will be considered.
